Craig Pourciau, MA
Craig Pourciau is a collaborating consultant and has a relationship with SSA Consultants since 1999 after serving as the founder and president of a human resource development training organization. He specializes in assessing organizational climates and developing customized training and development programs. His expertise in these areas has led him to become one of the foremost facilitators and high-level change management consultants in the Gulf Coast region.
Recently, he developed customized supervisory training and strategic alignment programs for a multinational chemical company; and developed appraisal instruments and start-up managerial training curriculum for a nationwide civil engineering firm. Other notable engagements include serving as the lead consultant and researcher to the Academic Distinction Fund for East Baton Rouge Parish public schools, where his outstanding performance earned him an invitation to join a team of national experts in Washington D.C. to strategically plan a nationwide teacher quality improvement initiative.
As a sought-after public speaker, his professional experience spans many ventures including serving as a court-appointed expert on treating childhood and adolescent behavior disorders as well as conducting more than 3,000 documented hours of group therapy.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts in General Experimental Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
