The Business Problem

Create and execute an effective communication strategy to celebrate the organization’s history, and rollout a renewed mission and values statement to all employees and medical staff.

SSA’s Methodology

  • Establish planning team to develop essential components of communication strategy.
  • Develop rollout session agenda to include personal presentations by senior leaders (with PowerPoint support) and a video presentation.
  • Pilot test personal presentations.
  • Write and produce a 10+ minute video.
  • Develop multi-site master schedule of rollout sessions and manage all session logistics with sites.
  • Design and produce “meeting-in-a-box” presentation materials package to be used as a follow-up communication tool for on-site managers.
  • Conduct training to teach managers how to use the “meeting-in-a-box” presentation package.
  • Develop and administer survey instrument to measure response to the renewed mission and values statement and the rollout sessions.
