Executive Branch of State Government
The Business Problem
The state’s executive branch decides to develop a statewide network of groups focused on creating solutions to recognized, regional and/or local poverty issues.
SSA’s Methodology
- Develop a process of initial “community conversations” designed to identify high priority issues in local communities.
- Create the capacity to conduct initial “community conversations” across the state by developing and delivering train-the-trainer programs for selected meeting facilitators.
- Facilitate planning sessions of project leaders focused on designing a durable solutions-to-poverty network of regional and local groups.
