The Business Problem
Plant has longtime, loyal customer base, but is threatened by low-cost foreign competition. Plant has a history of distrust and conflict between management and labor leaders. There is a need to heighten awareness of competitive threats and the importance of uniting management and labor to assure best product quality and customer loyalty.
