The Business Problem
Intense acquisition process produces significant team disruption and communication breakdown. An environment of fear and distrust develops, injuring employee motivation and sense of responsibility. Plans to stretch supervisors’ span of control are also being developed.

- Conduct individual structured interviews with a representative sample of the workforce to identify teambuilding, change management and supervisory skills needs.
- Compile report of development needs and recommended training/development plan.
- Meet with senior management team to present plan for customized training and development.
- Design and conduct employee training series focused on individual skills development and culture change.
