The organization needs to understand satisfaction levels of its participating healthcare providers (physicians, hospitals and community clinics) and identify opportunities to improve provider satisfaction.

SSA’s Methodology

  • Review of available provider satisfaction literature and instrument designs.
  • Develop and design written survey instrument that measures overall satisfaction and satisfaction with specific performance areas.
  • Distribute survey instruments to sample populations of participating providers. 
  • Collect completed surveys and compile survey data.
  • Analyze data to determine overall satisfaction levels and factors that most significantly drive overall satisfaction.
  • Develop report of survey findings and general recommendations to improve provider satisfaction.
